Brad was raised in the Nampa area. He joined the firm as an articling student in 1998 after a short period with Taylor McComb in Grande Prairie. He obtained his designation in 2001 and became a partner in the firm in 2005. He works with clients in various industries including agriculture, forestry, oilfield, transportation and owner managed small business.

His hobbies include golf, fishing and enjoying the outdoors.

Brad and his wife Karen have three children, Gabrielle, Samuel and Noah.

Rachel started working at the firm full time in 2004, obtained her CA designation in 2007 and became a partner in 2011. She has focused her practice on providing hand-in-hand guidance, support and services for her clients in such areas as personal and corporate tax, assurance, accounting and farm programs.

She enjoys meeting with clients both in and out of the office to discuss their business. Her experience includes assisting clients in the fields of retail, oil and gas, private enterprise, professionals and agriculture.

Rachel enjoys volunteering in various capacities for her church. In addition, she has volunteered as treasurer for the Peace River Winter Swim Club from 2016 until 2025 and is currently the Vice-President for the club.

When not working, Rachel also enjoys spending time with her husband James and their three daughters.

Robby was born and raised in the Peace Country and began his career with the firm in 2004 as a summer student, later articling after completing his Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Alberta and earning his CA designation in 2011, becoming an Associate in 2015 and a Partner in 2017.

He focuses on small to medium businesses across industries such as agriculture, oil and gas, retail, auto dealerships and not-for-profit organizations.  Robby works closely with owners and managers on assurance and audit engagements, corporate and personal tax planning and strategic guidance throughout the business lifecycle from start-up to succession or sale.

Robby has served as past treasurer for the Peace River and District Chamber of Commerce and is current treasurer for his local church.

When away from the office, Robby can be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife Chelsea, and their children, Rilynn and Roman.

Born and raised in the Hawk Hills/Manning area on his family’s farm, Sean developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for agriculture early on. He joined the firm in 2013 as a summer student and began working full-time in 2016 after earning his Bachelor of Commerce from MacEwan University. Sean obtained his CPA designation in 2019 and became a partner in 2026.

Sean works with clients across a range of industries, including oilfield services, transportation, forestry, and retail. His agricultural roots have fostered a particular passion for agri-business and farm taxation. He takes pride in helping business owners achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

Outside the office, Sean enjoys golfing, camping and spending time with his wife Larissa, friends and family.

Gayle is a born and raised 4th generation Peace Country resident and proud of it! Originally from the Manning/Hawk Hills area, she now enjoys returning there to provide professional services. She began working at the firm in 1995 and has acted as the firm’s Human Resources Partner since 1998 when she became a partner. A farm background has contributed to her knowledge and interest in farm tax, agri business and the AgriStability and AgriInvest programs. She enjoys the diversity of businesses that rural accounting practices serve and prides herself on personalized and timely service to ALL clients.

Ken joined the firm as an articling student in September 1975. He obtained his CA designation in January 1980 and became a partner in June 1981. Throughout his career he worked extensively with clients in forestry and the oil and gas service sector. Later in his career he focused more on wealth transfer, succession and retirement planning. In January 2011 Ken sold his partnership interest but continued subcontracting to the firm.

In February 2014 his wife, Susan, and he moved to Kelowna BC where he continues to subcontract to the firm, working on a select few clients. Ken and Susan have two children, Michael (married to Natasha) and Kristina (married to Sheldon) and four beautiful grandchildren, Hailey, Nixon, Walker and Ethan.

Lynn joined the firm in 1991. She obtained her Certified General Accountant designation in 1995 and became an Associate of the firm in 2000. Lynn mainly works in the area of small to medium sized owner managed businesses.

Lynn and her husband Ed were both raised in Peace River. They have one daughter, Megan.
